Last updated: 21 June 2026. Privacy Lens (“we”) operates the privacy-scanning service at lens.aiskillhub.info. This policy explains what we collect and why, consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the GDPR.

What we collect

• Scan inputs: the URL or policy text you submit, and any app name. We store this to generate and let you revisit your report.
• Email: only if you provide it for a report, order, or updates.
• Basic analytics: privacy-friendly, cookieless page metrics (no personal profiles).

How we use it

• To produce your privacy report and trust badge.
• To process payments and send GST invoices (via our payment processor).
• To email you reports or monitoring alerts you requested.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• We do not use your submitted policy text to train third-party models beyond producing your report.

Your rights (DPDP & GDPR)

You can request access, correction, or erasure of your data, and withdraw consent, by emailing hello@aiskillhub.info. We act as the Data Fiduciary for information you submit and respond to grievances within statutory timelines.

Retention & security

Scan records are retained while your report is active and deleted on request. Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure. We do not guarantee security against all threats but apply reasonable safeguards.
