Refund & Cancellation Policy

One-time reports (₹2,499)

Because a report is generated and delivered immediately, it is non-refundable once produced. If the report failed to generate, was materially incomplete, or you were charged in error, email us within 7 days for a full refund.

Monitoring subscription (₹999/mo)

• Cancel anytime from your account or by email; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• We do not pro-rate partial months, but we will refund a charge made within 48 hours if you have not used that period's scans.

How to request

Email hello@aiskillhub.info with your order ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
