The service

Privacy Lens generates automated privacy and compliance reports from the inputs you provide. Reports are informational guidance, not legal advice. You are responsible for verifying compliance with the DPDP Act, 2023, GDPR, and any other applicable law for your case.

Acceptable use

• Submit only content you are authorised to analyse.
• Do not abuse, scrape, or attempt to overload the service.
• Do not represent our automated output as certified legal certification.

Payments

Paid plans are billed in INR (and where offered, USD) through our payment processor. Prices and features may change; changes do not affect an already-purchased one-time report.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
